TIGER PUB CRAWL—Derby
WEDNESDAY 25TH OCTOBER 2006
This is a wicked way to get to know fellow students and sample the local nightlife! There’s an organised route so you can pick up the trail at any time just look out for the Tiger if he’s brave enough to turn up! We’ve also arranged for discounted drinks in most of the bars so there’s no need to worry about blowing your bursary before it arrives!!! Look for the Tiger in the Standing Order at 7pm but don’t worry, if that’s too early you can pick up the trail at any time just catch up with the hunt marked out on the enclosed flyer! All you need is you and your beer money!!!
BAD TASTE BALL—Nottingham

If your not feelin’ any of those then lets hope this tickles your fancy! The Bad Taste Ball isn’t about eating jungle food, oh no, it’s a fancy dress occasion done in the worse possible taste. Be as inappropriate as you like and keep an eye out for celebrities who’ll
certainly leave you with a bad taste in your mouth! Getting there is easy, we’ll arrange a bus from Derby, all you have to do is get on it! We’ll take you to Nottingham where you’ll join up with other students from the QMC campus. You’ll have a belly-rollin great time and then we’ll drop you safely back again It’s as simple as.....well getting on a bus! Tickets are £5 which includes the bus fare, we’ll pick you up from the bus stop near the main entrance of the DRI and we’ll drop you off there too! The bus leaves at 18:45 and makes the return journey at midnight! PLACES ARE LIMITED SO BOOK NOW FOR A GUARANTEED GREAT TIME…...
