Job Description: As the Equal Opportunities Officer I have a very complex and diverse role within our university. My main aim is to endorse and ensure equality throughout the university. I am aiming to do this by working with student groups and societies by highlighting and promoting campaigns throughout the university.
Aims: My main aims for this year are to further highlight aspects of our university, so that it can accurately depict our multi-cultural university. I also want to increase student participation within our university and further increase student representation.
