The Executive - Associations Officer (PART TIME)

It is the responsibility of the Associations Officer to assist and advise the seventeen Students' Union associations with their finances, development and training. These associations include LGBT, ISB (International Students' Bureau), Women's Campaign, PGSA (Postgraduate Students Association). Associations represent groups of students that have specific needs or would otherwise face barriers to involvement in our activities.
This job is varied because the things the Officer can become involved in can range form helping a group re-write a constitution to getting involved in supporting the campaigns of the groups and ensuring they are fairly treated within the Union and University.

Mature Students' Association
Med Soc
Physiotherapy Students' Association
Regional Students' Association
NAMA (Nursing and Midwifery Association)
The Association is currently also responsible for the following but it is proposed that they are moved to the inter-site officer:

Nightingale Hall JCR
Cavendish Hall JCR

Albion House MCR
