The Student Advice team provide a confidential advice and information service available to all University of Nottingham students, including prospective students and former students (if their query relates to their time as a student at the University).
We can give advice and information on a wide range of matters including:
- Housing
- Money
- Education/University-Related Queries
- Employment
- Legal
- International
- Consumer
We have produced a number of information leaflets giving basic advice. If you require further advice or information, please contact us - we have three members of staff in the Student Advice team.
The service we provide is free, confidential, impartial and independent and we work to a code of practice. The service has been awarded the Community Legal Service Quality Mark. This means students can be sure the service you receive has met certain criteria in terms of:
- access to the service;
- receiving a seamless service;
- the running of the service;
- staff management;
- meeting your needs; and
- commitment to quality.
