ACTIVE LIFESTYLE is the umbrella under which Why Don’t U and Active-8 now shelter! Since 2004 WHY DON’T U has provided students with a programme of one-off activities including Horse Riding, Arts Café, African Drumming and Paintballing. We are now instigating a new programme called Active-8 to run alongside Why Don’t U, which will focus on ‘getting fit without realising it’ and other activities related to sports and exercise, including stress and weight problems, providing solutions which can easily be fitted around busy routines.
