A ball budget form must be completed and submitted to the Union Treasurer for every event which is predicted to have a turnover (income or expenses) of over £1,500. This form should be completed by the group Treasurer after consultation with the entire group committee on the likely income and expense levels of the planned event. The budget must be prepared and authorised by the Union Treasurer before any bookings are made or expenses committed.
Must NOT be deposited in the drop-box.
