Students' Union web site access keys
We aim to make our website and the material provided on it accessible to as many people as possible. We try to make our website compatible with all browsers, but you may see inconsistencies in the presentation of pages if you are using an older browser. Our website has been optimised for Internet Explorer (version 5 and above).
The W3C introduced the accesskey attribute to enable users to select the appropriate key on their keyboards and navigate to a particular link. Availability and use of Access Keys is dependent on the Web browser and operating system that you are using.
In Mozilla-based browsers including Netscape 6 and later (all formats), and version 4 of Internet Explorer (PC only):
Hold the ALT key (PC) or CONTROL (Mac) and press the letter of the relevant key to visit the corresponding page.
In versions 5 and later of Internet Explorer (all formats):
Hold the ALT key (PC) or CONTROL (Mac) and press the letter of the relevant key. This highlights the corresponding link on the page. Press RETURN to visit the link.
